According to the leaks, the Google Pixel 3A XL or the Google Pixel 3A affordable smartphones are about to be unveiled. Many people have given their forecasts about these two smartphones. Recently, a new leak revealed the prices of these handsets in Europe and available colour options. And now another new hint comes from the horse’s mouth – Hiroshi Lockheimer, Android Senior Vice President of Google.
On the Twitter post, he said he had visited Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard’s office from the 60s. A highlight of this post is that he claimed to use a smartphone that has not been unveiled yet to snap some photos. The tweet says:

According to the speculations, because Lockheimer has used this handset as a daily driver, it probably gets closer to its official launch. In addition, Lockheimer could have tested the phone camera in real life. If it is right, the company can introduce both devices at the Google I/O 2018 event taking place in California-based Mountain View (next to the global headquarters of Google) from 7 May to 9 May this year.
To recall, the Google Pixel 3A will sport a 5.6-inch Full HD+ OLED screen. Under the hood, the handset will run a Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage. Like other Pixel smartphones, the phone’s storage can’t be expanded. As for the imaging capabilities, the device is said to feature a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. Additionally, the phone will be powered by a battery with a capacity of 3,000mAh.
