Alleged Galaxy M60 Hands-on Video Leaked, 48MP +16MP Dual Camera Revealed

An alleged hands-on video of the Galaxy M60 was just uploaded on YouTube and shows a dual 48MP + 16MP dual camera and fingerprint scanner.

Samsung launched the online-exclusive Galaxy M series in India to take on the likes of Realme, Asus, and Xiaomi. The series has already welcomed four devices, and a new leak suggests that there will be one more coming soon. A new hands-on video of the Galaxy M6 has surfaced online and reveals the handset’s design as well as camera specs.

The video is uploaded by YouTuber Angry Agarwalji showing the purported Galaxy M60. The phone in the video is shown to carry an Infinity-U display and relatively thick bezel at the bottom. We are quite surprised with his design since the Galaxy M40 already features a hole-punch display, so it is logical to expect the Galaxy M60 to sport the same design or better. The video doesn’t give us any details about its display resolution and size.

Moving to the camera design, there is a dual camera setup stacked vertically at the back of the phone. The camera module is placed at the top left side that includes an LED flash. The setup is expected to comprise of a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor and a 16MP secondary snapper. However, the video doesn’t mention whether the secondary camera is an ultra-wide-angle or a telephoto one. We speculate that it might be an ultra-wide camera like the Galaxy M30. Finally, you can also see a fingerprint reader placed at the back of the phone.

It’s worth noting that there hadn’t been any leaks of the Galaxy M60 before this one. Therefore, you should take this one with a grain of salt. If the brand is indeed working on the next Galaxy M series, there should be leaked renders or benchmark scores in the coming time. For now, we have no idea about its price and launch date. Meanwhile, another Galaxy M phone dubbed Galaxy M30s is also reportedly in the work. Hopefully, we will get more information in recent time.
