In the Apple’s launching event last Friday, a huge number of people came early to experience the new gadgets. Though their price may make some go bankrupt, owning a new iPhone is still a trend worth it.

Many US early purchasers started complaining about Wi-fi and cellular receptor’s poor functioning, and even worse in comparison with the previous models of iPhones. Various sources from online forums, like MacRumor, Reddit, even its own company’s forum pages, have shown that this issue is not in the minority, but a widespread concern.
Due to the huge number of complaints, it can be understood that the poor performance of XS and XS Max does not fall only on a specific carrier, which means it’s mainly the Apple’s fault. It could be compared to the situation, when you purchased a beast motor, but you have to face a transmission problem preventing you from switching above the second gear.
More than that, the company has highlighted again and again the speed that A12 Bionic processor brings to XS and XS Max, making them the speediest version, outperforming the iPhone X, even in the aspects of Wi-Fi and LTE.
What to hope for?
The company has not given out information concerning this matter, though some respondents to complaints from users were they acknowledged the emergency of it. It can be assumed that investigations are being made before a public response is given out. Meanwhile, there are some theories about this matter. It could be the antenna’s hardware issue, or the network overload.
For the majority, we do hope that there will soon be a solution, preferably an update with Apple’s software, to eliminate the problem. If not, Apple Care will be likely to be invaded by queues of unsatisfied users soon.
