Users usually watch ads when every social media platform of Facebook gets synchronized. According to a recent report, the instant messaging platform WhatsApp now intends to show ads in the near future.

Since Facebook acquired the company in 2014, there have been questions about if that money was spent wisely. Then, despite Facebook’s effort in monetizing from WhatsApp, it failed. Many objectors have appeared inside the company and been against Facebook intentions of bringing ads on this messaging platform, said the report.
There is a suggestion from The Information about users should start watching ads on WhatsApp right when the integration between all its platforms like Facebook and Instagram is done. However, WhatsApp is an end-to-end encrypted platform and it is impossible for anyone to reach the content, which has made this the main problem in the company’s effort of showing ads.

A new report revealed that Facebook is considering choosing WhatsApp users and sending ads through them. This also doesn’t seem to be effective as it may trigger people to delete their Facebook account. This probably will remind you of a scandal about Facebook being requested to be deleted by a huge campaign at the height of the Facebook - Cambridge Analytica.
In the scenes of such developments and failed effort in bringing ads into WhatsApp, making this new revelation so tempting for you to treat it as a long shot. Sometimes, even big organizations must keep watching out for themselves in order not to put their existence in danger.
