Backing up and restoring an Android device, no matter what it is, a smartphone or a tablet is a lot quicker and easier if you subscribe to Google One.
Paying a monthly fee to have more cloud storage has another benefit. As a subscriber of Google One, users no longer have to open the settings of each app and save your contacts, photos, videos, or SMSs by using several backup services to keep your data and restore them later.

However, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other external messaging apps still require external backup, but since it can be linked to users’ Google Drive accounts, we can still save some effort and time.
If you have enough available storage in your account, Google One backup can help you save all of your videos and images at the quality when they were taken. Knowing that all of your precious moments captured in photos and videos are saved without any decrease in quality is an enticing prospect to many users out there.
Owners of Pixel 2 and 3 have even more benefit when it comes to backing data. While others have to pay for it, these users have up to three years of free hi-resolution storage for their data.
How To Back Up Your Data
