Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE Goes Official In India For Rs. 35,990

Samsung has just brought its Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE model to the Indian market. It’s the second LTE smartwatch that Samsung released in the country, with the first being the Galaxy Watch 4G. The Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE works via an eSIM, which similar to its predecessor. The brand claims that the two giant Jio and Airtel have support for the smartwatch in the country.

This version is available in a single 44m size and users can choose among three color variants - Gold, Black, and Silver.
The Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE price in India is Rs. 35,990 and it will be up for sale via the company’s offline and offline stores as well as Amazon India.
Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE: Features & Specifications
On the front, it gets a 1.4” AMOLED panel with an always-on display, Gorilla Glass DX+ protective layer, and 360x360p resolution. Its bezel is not physically rotatable, but it comes with a touch-sensitive black bezel that allows users to scroll through the watch’s menus. The bezel will emit a haptic-feedback as users scroll over.
The watch also features an improved accelerometer and heart rate monitor. With the Bixby voice assistant, the Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE is the first watch by the South Korean company to support real-time pace coaching. The device is also packed with a gyroscope, ECG sensor, ambient light sensor, and barometer. Samsung claims that its watch can track 39 different workouts, 7 of which are activated automatically, including walking, running, cycling, rowing machine, swimming, dynamic workouts, and elliptical machine.
The device packs 1.5GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, and draws power from a 340 mAh battery. For extreme durability, the watch is certified with both MIL-STD-810G and IP68 certifications. Software-wise, it still ships with Tizen OS pre-installed and is compatible with phones running iOS 9.0 or higher and Android 5.0 or higher.
