Honor has finally unveiled its latest wireless earbuds called Honor Magic Earbuds with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation tech and 10mm drivers. Initially, the company planned on announcing the earbuds at the MWC 2020 which was canceled due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
The company equips each earbud with three microphones to achieve Hybrid ANC. This is called Micro-Electro-Mechanical System by Honor. The system blocks out up to 24 dB ambient noise as well as boosting the call quality.
In terms of connectivity, the Hono Magic Earbuds support Bluetooth 50. There’s an instant pair feature, allowing you to quickly pair the wireless earbuds with your Honor smartphone.
As for design, there is a resemblance in the stem region between the Honor Magic Earbuds and the Apple AirPods. However, the earbuds from Honor have silicon ear tips rather than a one-size-fits-all design, offering a comfortable fit.
On the inside and the outside of the charging case, there are charging light indicators which can be found on most modern wireless earphones.
Regarding the battery life, the earbuds are said to last up to 3.5 hours on a single charge. Along with the charging case, the playback time can even reach 13 hours. The charging case comes with a USB-C charging port. The battery capacity of each earbud is 37mAH while the battery capacity of the charging case is 410mAh.
The Honor Magic Earbuds will come in two colors: Robin Egg Blue and Pearl White. The earphone price is 129 Euros or around Rs 10,000. Consumers can get these earbuds starting this April.
