Transgender Emojis Just Came To WhatsApp App On iOS Devices

And a few days ago, the Facebook-owned company officially added the same app with the same transgender emojis to iOS smartphones.

Last month, WhatsApp brought transgender emojis and many other emojis relating to genders to its app for Android smartphones. To use these emojis, Android users just need to download the beta version 2.19.73 of WhatsApp app. And a few days ago, the Facebook-owned company officially added the same app with the same transgender emojis to iOS smartphones.

While following WhatsApp’s new developments, WABetaInfo reported that users who want to experience the latest transgender emojis can install the beta version 2.19.40 of WhatsApp for iOS devices. However, the blog also added that the keyboard of iDevices doesn’t support the pack of emojis, so users will have to insert the flag’s code as well as symbol emojis to see these emojis on iPhones or iPads.

Or iDevice users can look for another way to approach these transgender emojis. For example, they can tell their friends who are using the WhatsApp version 2.19.73 (or higher version) on Android smartphones to share the exciting emojis in their chats.

In addition to transgender emojis, a new icon has been under test for text chats. The report also states that when WhatsApp users get a message from a group or a contact on iOS smartphones, a new emoji will be displayed, similar to two heads’ shadows that are put side by side in the label of notification text.

Along with all of the new features released in the main app of the company, WhatsApp has developed the Business app that supports the iOS platform. Besides, another new feature called Short Link will be soon added in the Business app for iOS smartphones to help its users to contact with businesses more easily and conveniently.

In 2018, WhatsApp brought the beta version 2.18.138 for Android smartphones and a WA.ME service to its users. Of which, the WA.ME service offers efficient solutions for its users to approach a certain chat rapidly. This year, a similar feature has been added in the WhatsApp Business app on iOS smartphones, which allows businesses to share short links with their own users. Available in the beta version 2.19.21.5, the service WA.ME has got a new update with a default message and a short link.
