The so-called "mouseputer" is a bit larger than normal mouses, carrying a keyboard inside and has a screen attached on the outside.

Today, we can integrate a computer into literally everything, from a phone to a smartwatch, and even in appliances. So is this so strange to have a little computer hidden in your PC mouse?

Strange or not, someone has already done that. YouTuber Electronic Grenade a computer mouse on his own. It looks just like a regular mouse, but on the outside, there’s a screen attached to it. And at the bottom, there’s a sliding keyboard that can be drawn out when needed. Electronic Grenade uploaded a video to show off his unique minicomputer.

To build this contraption, he 3D-printed a mini-screen and a large custom mouse, that is enough to contain his slide-in keyboard. Still, the mouse is not too large for human hands. The whole thing runs on the micro PC Pi Zero W from Raspberry Pi.

Similar to the computer’s size, you cannot expect its specs to be huge and mind-blowing. In fact, the “mouseputer” is powered by a single-core CPU at the 1GHz frequency, featuring a 512MB RAM.

It has an OLED mini-screen that measures 1.5 inches with 128x128 resolution. The computer runs on a 500 mAh battery.

As you can see in the video, the minimal size of the computer does not prevent the YouTuber from playing Minecraft on it. Nevertheless, he admits the software worked for a short time only, it eventually crashed.
