Almost one-fifth of 100 wealthiest billionaires in the world is from the technology industry. Even though some of their success starts off modestly, a lot of tech CEOs are splurging their money on real estate.

For example, both Jeff Bezos, Amazon founder and Bill Gates, Microsoft CEO live in Medina, the waterfront city in Washington. Their properties are in the list of the most high-priced estates in the country.

Los Angeles is a top destination to settle down for tech CEOs: SnapChat CEO Even Spiegel lives with his wife, former Victoria’s Secret model in a $12 million mansion in Brentwood while Elon Musk lives in his Bel Air estate consists of seven bedrooms, a tennis court with a huge screening room.

Let’s take a look at some of the top tech profiles’ houses:

Located on the outskirt of Seattle is Jeff Bezos’ waterfront mansion. In the front, there is nothing much to see except for the gate and some tall hedges.

However, Bezos’ Medina real estate is not his only property, well, because he is the world’s wealthiest man.
