This Smartphone Won’t Allow Your Kids To Click On Or Share Nudes

Tone Mobile has developed a device called E20 with some cool features like preventing kids from clicking on or sharing nudes.

When you are thinking about buying your child a phone, you have to take into account their privacy and safety. From pornography to smartphone addiction, the list can go on and on.

But it seems like this Japanese smartphone maker has found a way to deal with this problem. Smartphone maker Tone Mobile has developed a device called E20. The phone looks just like any other smartphone. So you might question what is so special about this phone? Well, the phone comes with some cool features that allow parents to have full control of it and keep their kids away from all the negativity.

One of the phone’s striking features is that it will block all nude images received or sent on the phone. If someone sends your kids nude or pornographic images, using AI, the phone will blur the image before your kids open it.

Tone Mobile Ai Nude Images
If someone sends your kids nude or pornographic images, using AI, the phone will blur the image before your kids open it.

The camera app can recognize skin tones and will know when your kids try to take a nude image of themselves. A blurred copy of the image will be sent to the parent along with a GPS location and a timestamp.

The device has a 6.2-inch notch display as well as three cameras at the back. There are some nifty software features limiting phone usage in some scenarios. Parents can track the movement of the kids. If they are the usual route, the phone will notify the parents.

Apps are monitored using AI and can be locked. For instance, if your kids go to school, the smartphone will automatically lock some apps to prevent them from being distracted.

The E20 from Tone Mobile is being sold exclusively in Japan for about Rs 18,000. The company hasn’t mentioned about marketing it in other markets.
