This is the response provided by Telecom Italia in a call with its investors to solve the customers’ problem of losing internet connection. 

Countries around the world are taking steps to prevent the spread of the virus. People are advised not to travel abroad unless necessary and employees are also made to apply distance working. Knowing that people would get nervous as well as boring when staying at home all day long, national telecommunication should help their citizens have a more stable internet connection to let off their steam.
