A pandemic isn’t exactly the right time for you to find love, especially when countries have been put under lockdown and citizens are encouraged to stay inside. However, this man from New York is trying to work it out.
If you are also a New Yorker and you happen to jog around Central Park or any of the running paths of the Big Apple, you may have encountered these bizarre flyers. The owner of these flyers is a well-employed, attractive and healthy man who is looking for a fit, clean, healthy, and germ-free girlfriend.

According to the man, it isn’t the most conventional or romantic way to look for a partner, but it is a more “targeted” substitute for online dating services.
The New York Post newspaper later found the man in the mysterious poster. The man who is in his 30s wished to be identified as Brad. He said he came up with the flyer idea while searching for a way to find a partner during the COVID-19 pandemic when people are recommended to not having physical contact.
Brad said that when the lockdown started, he was single. So he had been thinking about how and when he could start dating again.
When being asked about using flyers, he said this was a more targeted way compared to using modern options like websites or apps. Since he is passionate about health, fitness, and the outdoors, he posted the flyers on running paths, increasing his chances of meeting like-minded women.
The 30-something man said that he had actually received plenty of messages and was looking forward to having some interesting 2-meter-apart dates.
