OGUSERS is a forum where cybercriminals and hackers trade stolen Twitter and Instagram accounts. Recently, it has been hacked. We got that news from an announcement of the admin of the said forum.
The admin of the forum with the nickname "Ace" wrote that it was quite unfortunate that someone has breached the forum's server by using a custom plugin on the software layer to get to the backup data from 26th December of 2018.
Then the reporters at Motherboard got a database's copy of the forum in question that has been published elsewhere. Then they checked that the data in the database was authentic by searching for two accounts that they registered on the forum beforehand.
OGUSERS
The hacked forum is OGUSERS or OGU as the members usually call, is a place where hackers come to trade rare, short, and unique usernames. The hackers often use it to trade social network accounts. But there are also tradings put up for Steam, Domino’s Pizza, PlayStation Network, and many other types of accounts. In the last couple of years, it has become the go-to place for hackers who will break into accounts of people, take control of them, and then sell them on OGUSERS for the highest payers.

There is also some OGUSERS' members who apply a SIM swapping technique to hijack phone numbers of people. Once the hacker gets that phone number, they will use that to reset passwords on the victim's Instagram. Then they will sell that username on OGUSERS.
The Admin's Response
According to Ace - the admin, OGUUSERS has been in existent for three years, and this is the first breach ever. He understands the frustration of the users, and he is genuinely sorry for this incident. But he hopes that the users will understand because other sites such as Dropbox, Facebook, Twitter, and other Forums have all been breached once in minimum. People are always on the look to breach the site. Moreover, he is sorry for this incident, and he would do his best to ensure it would never repeat again.

However, Ace did not respond to a message asking for his comment.
Publish The Database
Then another with the nickname "Omnipotent" published the hack on Raidforums
This hack on OGUSERS includes passwords, usernames, IP addresses, emails, website data, private messages, and source code.
