The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has been on the market for a long time and its successor - Redmi Note 8 is also available. It is even reported that the Redmi Note 9 is about to be released. However, it seems like Xiaomi still pays attention to the Redmi Note 7. Recently, the handset was once again spotted on the Geekbench database, but this time it runs on Android 11 (Android R).

On the Geekbench listing, the handset with Android 11 scored 344 points in the single-core performance test and 1,467 points in the multi-core performance test. Hopefully, after being on Geekbench like this, the Redmi Note 7 will soon be upgraded to the latest Android.
So far, the Redmi Note 7 in China has received the latest MIUI 11 interface update based on Android 10. However, Xiaomi has yet to confirm any other major updates for Redmi Note 7.
