Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition To Be Unveiled Alongside Mi CC9e & Mi CC9e On 2 July

Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition is confirmed to launch alongside the Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e in the upcoming event on 2 July.

Xiaomi is all set to launch its new Xiaomi Mi CC brand on 2 July at a launch event in China. Up until now, the Mi CC lineup have been reported to include Mi CC9e and Mi CC9. However, the Chinese brand now confirms that it will announce one more smartphone called Xiaomi Mi CC Meitu which is Android smartphone producer and beauty app that collaborated with Xiaomi in 2018.

Mi Cc9 Meitu Custom Edition

The Chinese brand just posted on its Weibo official page revealing that the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu custom edition is on the way and it will make its debut alongside the standard Xiaomi Mi CC9. Unfortunately, this post doesn’t reveal any details about this upcoming phone. However, about a week ago, there was a teaser of the phone shared by Meitu. The photo shows the design of its rear panel which has a triple camera setup placed in a camera module that can rotate to allow you to take series just like the Asus ZenFone 6 (or Asus 6Z in India).

The teased phone might be the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition, and it will most likely feature a bezel-less AMOLED panel and an on-screen fingerprint reader. However, it is just speculation, so we still have to wait for its launch to find out more, and it is only a few days away.

As for the standard Xiaomi Mi CC9e and Mi CC9, they are both expected to feature a triple camera setup at the back with a 48MP Sony IMX 582 primary sensor. The two phones are also tipped to sport an AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and an on-screen fingerprint reader. While powering the Mi CC9 should be a Snapdragon 730 octa-core processor, the Mi CC9e might be driven by a Snapdragon 710 chipset. Other leaked specifications of the two include up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage, a 32MP selfie camera, beefy 4,000 mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging.
