Lenovo Z6 Full Specs Revealed Ahead Of Official Launch

Lenovo Z6 phone is set to be unveiled on 4 July. Recently, its detailed specifications and design have surfaced online, which shows almost all the parts of this upcoming phone.

The Lenovo Z6 looks identical to the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition. Accordingly, it comes with a dewdrop notch screen with a vertically-aligned triple rear camera module in the upper-left corner of the back. However, unlike the Z6 Youth Edition phone, the base Z6 features an in-display fingerprint sensor. Additionally, the phone is expected to sport a 6.39-inch display.

It is known that both the Youth Edition and the base variant are made of the roll cage magnesium alloy, the similar material that Lenovo uses for the ThinkPad notebooks.

Besides, the base Z6 phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset under the hood, paired with 8GB RAM. In the software department, the handset runs ZUI 11 out-of-the-box and features 128GB internal storage, expandable to up to 512GB through microSD slot.

In terms of imaging capabilities, the Z6 is equipped with a 16MP selfie camera and triple rear cameras. The rear camera setup comprises of a 24MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, an 8MP telephoto sensor with the 2X optical zoom and 8X hybrid zoom support, and a 5MP wide-angle sensor. The handset has the thickness of only 7.97mm and weight of 159 g. It is packed with a big 4,000 mAh battery with the 15W fast charging tech.

The availability date and pricing of the Lenovo Z6 have been not revealed so far. However, the Lenovo Z6 is expected to be positioned between the top-end Z6 Pro priced at CNY2,899 (roughly Rs. 29,000) and the Z6 Youth Edition whose price is CNY1,699 (roughly Rs. 17,000). The phone may be available in 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM variant and cost between CNY1,999 (roughly Rs. 20,000) and CNY2,499 (roughly Rs. 25,000).
