TECNO Spark lineup has officially debuted as reported before. The newly-launched series includes 2 new smartphones - Spark Air and Spark Go. Both the devices flaunt a 6.1-inch 2.5D curved screen with HD+ resolution, dewdrop notch, 85 percent screen-to-body-ratio and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. In addition, the phones also come with an AI-based read mode for automatically adjusting the color and brightness of the display while reading. Also, they come with a gradient finish and new 3D casing design on the rear panel. According to the company, the devices also support wide selfie mode for improved selfies and localized AR stickers.
TECNO Spark Air and Spark Go: Price in India

While the Spark Go costs Rs. 5,499, the Spark Air is sold at Rs. 6,999. The devices are currently available at over 35,000 offline outlets in the country. In addition, the brand is offering those who buy the Spark Go a free Bluetooth-enabled earpiece worth Rs. 799 during a limited period. The brand also offers one-time display replacement in one year, one-month extended warranty and free replacement in 100 days for two handsets.
TECNO Spark Air and Spark Go: Specifications
The Spark Go flaunts a 6.1-inch display with HD+ resolution, a dot notch for housing a selfie shooter, and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the hood is an Helio A22 chipset from MediaTek clocked at 2GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM + 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 256GB. In terms of software, the phone runs HiOS 5.0 based on the Android 9 Pie at launch.

Additionally, the phone also features safe charging, AI Battery Lab, AI read mode, trouble-free notification management, Smart Panel, and AI Video Call. Regarding the imaging capabilities, the phone comes with an 8MP sensor with a LED flash on the back. On the front, the device has a 5MP selfie camera. And as the handset does not have a fingerprint scanner, users have to use face unlock 2.0 feature for security. Powering the phone is a 3,000 mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the Spark Air sports a 6.1-inch dewdrop display with HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 as well. The phone comes with the same chipset as the Spark Go, paired with 3GB of RAM + 32GB internal storage, also expandable to 256GB. Additionally, the phone runs Android 9 Pie-based HiOS 5.0 at launch. In the camera department, the phone features a dual-camera setup on the back including a 13MP main lens and a VGA sensor with a LED flash. Also, it sports a 5MP front-facing sensor with a LED flash. Particularly, the Spark Air has a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel and also features face unlock 2.0. Lastly, the phone is packed with a 3,000 mAh battery.
