The much anticipated Galaxy S10 lineup will launch in the upcoming month and closer to the release event, more and more leaks have been surfacing online. After a previously leak claiming that the Galaxy S10+ might launch under the name Galaxy S10 Pro, fresh leaks reveal the specs of the handset, and it may have the reverse wireless charging capability. Moreover, the Galaxy S10 was also leaked in a new photo, showing that it will come with a native cryptocurrency wallet.
Leakster @IceUniverse claims that the Galaxy S10 will be backed by a 4,100 mAh battery which is slightly larger than the 4,000 mAh battery on the Galaxy Note 9. SamMobile also reports that the Galaxy S10+ will have support for reverse wireless charging. Also, the report tips that the South Korean phone maker will call the feature Powershare. The Techtastic also posts a picture of what appears to be a booth showing the notable features of the Galaxy S10+.
Besides the battery features, the demo picture also shows cinematic display, on-screen fingerprint sensor, triple rear camera setup and more. It means that the handset can be used as a wireless charging pad for other devices. More details on standard requirements and compatibility of the feature should be revealed at the release event. Huawei was the first company to use the reverse wireless charging feature on its Mate 20 Pro.
Finally, another picture of the Galaxy S10 was leaked by leakster Ben Geskin. The leaked image shows that the Galaxy S10 will sport an Infinity-O display and tips that the handset will have a native cryptocurrency wallet as well. Being called Samsung Blockchain Keystore, Samsung touts it as a convenient and secure place for users’ cryptocurrencies.
Samsung is expected to release at least 3 models of the Galaxy S10 at an event on 20 February. Three models include Galaxy S10 Lite with a 5.8-inch display, the regular Galaxy S10 with a 6.1-inch display and Galaxy S10+ with a 6.4-inch display. The Galaxy S10 Lite is tipped to have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, while the Galaxy S10 and S10+ will both come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
