Samsung Galaxy A32 5G Announced As Samsung's Cheapest 5G Smartphone

After a lot of leaks, Samsung finally announces its cheapest 5G smartphone. The handset is called Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and will be sold in the European market with prices starting from 279 EUR (around Rs. 25,000). The Galaxy A32 5G specifications include a 5,000mAh battery, a 6.5” display, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The device gets a 6.5-inch Infinity-V LCD screen with a HD+ resolution. On the back, the A32 5G doesn’t have a camera bump. There are four cameras at the back panel, including a 48 MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The other three units are an 8MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.2, fixed-focus), a 5MP macro camera, and a 5MP portrait sensor.

“It all comes wrapped in a brand new soft-edge, iconic design with a minimal camera housing and seamless back that updates the Galaxy A series for the modern era,” said Samsung.

Samsung did not mention the name of the Galaxy A32 5G, only disclosing that it is an 8-core chip clocked at 2GHz. Given the specs, sources claim that this is Mediatek's Dimensity 720 chipset.

The phone comes in multiple memory configurations, packing 4/6/8GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. You can further expand its storage with a microSD card. Fueling the whole package is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging technology. There is a fingerprint sensor mounted on the side for biometrics security.

Samsung Galaxy A32 5G: Price & Availability

The Galaxy A32 5G color variants include Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Blue, and Awesome Purple. For now, the handset is only confirmed to go on sales in Europe in February 12 at 278 EUR (around Rs. 25,000) for the 64GB model and 299 EUR (around Rs. 26,500) for the 128GB model.
