Aside from the Samsung Galaxy M30s that made its appearance on Geekbench, a new phone in the Galaxy A series has also been certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Going by its SM-A107F/DS model number, we believe that it will be launched under the name Samsung Galaxy A10s which indicates that it will be the successor to the Galaxy A10 that launched earlier in the year.

The handset’s model number carry the code ‘DS’, which suggests that it will be available in a dual-SIM model and in markets like China and India. With the fact that the phone is already certified by the FCC, its launch might be coming soon.
The FCC certification documents of the phone reveal its design schematics at the back which hints at a dual camera setup and a fingerprint scanner on its rear. Both of those features are not present in the Galaxy A10. It was also among the very few Samsung phones that only have a single rear camera. It seems like the issues are fixed on the upcoming Galaxy A10s.

In addition, it seems like the Galaxy A10s will be powered by a large 3,900 mAh battery. Its connectivity options include Bluetooth, 4G LTE, and single-band Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz. In terms of dimensions, it will be 75.8mm wide and 157mm tall. That is all the information we have about this upcoming phone at the moment. However, we assume that the handset will ship with Android 9.0 Pie with Samsung’s One UI on top. It will most likely be powered by a Samsung’s Exynos processor and an audio jack. Octa-core processor, LCD display, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a microSD card slot that can be used to expand storage up to 1TB just like the Galaxy A10 are also expected in this phone. To recall, the Galaxy A10 is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7884 SoC, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
