Redmi Note 7S Is Now Available For Sale In India

Last week, the Redmi Note 7S made its debut in India as an upgraded model of the Redmi Note 7. Now, the phone goes on sale in the country via Flipkart, Mi Home stores, and Mi.com. You can buy it directly via those channels without having to wait for a while for the flash sales.
The handset is available in Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, and Ruby Red. There are two variants of the phone, including 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB of storage. Their prices are Rs. 10,999 and Rs. 12,999, respectively.

The Redmi Note 7S is nearly identical to the Indian version of the Redmi Note 7, apart from the rear camera setup. While the Note 7S sports a 48MP + 5MP setup, the Redmi Note 7 only comes with 12MP + 2MP cameras. The rest is the same in both the Redmi Note 7 and Note 7S. The phone is expected to replace the Indian version of the Redmi Note 7 pretty soon.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 7S is powered by a Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, paired with 3/4GB of RAM and 32/64GB of storage. For software, it boots Xiaomi’s MIUI 10 which is based on Android 9.0 Pie to take care of the software side of things. For security, it has a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear and also supports Face Unlock feature. Fueling the phone is a beefy 4,000 mAh battery with 18W fast battery charging support (Quick Charge 4.0).
On the front, it sports a 6.3-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ (2,340 x 1,080p) resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. For selfie, there is a 13MP camera with. At the back, it comes with a dual camera setup, comprising of a 48MP main camera and a 5MP depth sensor. The rear cameras are supported by an LED flash, EIS, AI Portrait Mode, and PDAF.
