Realme Opens Its First Indian Exclusive Service Centre In New Delhi

Realme has just opened its first Indian exclusive service center in the country's capital New Delhi and is planning to quickly open more this year.

Oppo’s formal sub-brand, Realme, which just come to India last year, has quickly got into the top of the Indian smartphone market. Earlier in 2019, the Chinese phone maker announced to start offering its smartphones via offline channels. And now, it just inaugurated the first service center in the country. The service center is located in the capital of India, New Delhi. However, Realme will not stop here as it is planning to launch 25 more in other cities in the country by the end of 2019.

The first service center will be fully equipped, including a comfortable seating area as well as a demo facility where customers can come in and experience all the company's offerings. Realme customers can also come to the center for phone repair service as well.

The company is planning to open more exclusive service centers (ESC) to other cities in the recent future. More than ESCs will be open for customers pretty soon. These centers will include both multi-branded and exclusive service centers.

The company currently offers quite a wide range of phones in the market via both offline and online retail channels. Recently, it announced the Realme 3 which has so far been a success. The company's smartphones remain mainly available via online channels, but consumers in 35 cities in India can now buy Realme phones in physical stores. The Chinese phone maker is said to be planning to reach 50 more cities each quarter, and its goal is to reach more than 20,000 outlets across the country by the end of this year.
