Complete Specs of OnePlus 6T Was Leaked Before Next Week Launch
As many previous leaks already confirmed, the upcoming smartphone of OnePlus will feature a 6.4" Optic AMOLED panel with 2340 x 1080 Full-HD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 ratio. Similar to the most recent Vivo and Oppo mid-range phones, the OnePlus 6T has a small waterdrop notch at the top which allows for a screen-to-body ratio of 86%.
In terms of camera, the 6T will be equipped with a 20-megapixel and 16-megapixel dual rear camera setup with a f/1.7 aperture for both sensors. The phone’s camera will also be supported by many useful features such as Portrait Mode, Quick Capture and also super slow-motion video recording (HD resolution supported). Moreover, users can take selfies with a 20-megapixel, f/1.7 front camera.
Besides having a larger screen than its predecessor, this new phone is also the first OnePlus phones to have Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Screen Unlock technology is also another notable feature of the phone. Users can easily unlock the phone easily and quickly with an on-screen fingerprint scanner.
Similar to OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6T will also be powered by Snapdragon 845 processor. In terms of memory, users can choose options up to 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. The OnePlus 6T, as many may expect, will not be expandable via a microSD card slot. And the phone will be powered by 3,700 mAh battery, a significant upgrade in battery capacity compared to 3,300 mAh battery of the OnePlus 6.
A sad news for wired headphone fans as the phone will not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Users can still connect their wired headphones using USB Type-C to 3.5 mm adapter. In terms of physical figures, the phone will have a weight of 180 grams and physical dimensions at 150.9 x 75.7 x 8.3 mm.
Last but not least, the phone will come with the latest Android version - Android 9 Pie.
According to recent leaks, T-Mobile will be the official distributor of OnePlus’s upcoming flagship in the US. The flagship will also be available to purchase in the unlocked form and it will be compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T networks.
The phone has reportedly got the Verizon certification also and that may suggest that the unlocked version will also support Verizon network. The price for OnePlus 6T in Europe is expected to be €579 for the 128GB storage and 8GB RAM model.
