The upcoming mid-range Motorola dubbed Motorola One Action is tipped to make its debut in India on 23 August.

Motorola was expected to launch a new mid-range phone called Motorola One Action, though the exact launch date was revealed up until now. The brand is going to announce the phone in India at a launch event on 23 August. Recently, we have already learned that the phone would make its debut at IFA 2019. However, it seems like the phone will come to India even before that. The handset was already spotted on Amazon Germany and passed through pretty much every certification needed. We also had a good look at the phone’s design thanks to recently leaked renders.

Motorola One Action to feature a hole-punch display and triple rear cameras

According to Droidholic report, the Motorola One Action will make its debut in the country in less than two weeks. The handset will likely be retailed at around $299 (roughly Rs. 21,300). As per the renders, the One Action has a similar design to the Motorola One Vision. However, it will come with a triple camera setup instead of only a dual one on the One Vision. Other than that, the handset is tipped to feature nearly the same specs to the One Vision.

Its specs were already revealed on Amazon Germany. It will sport a 6.39-inch punch-hole display with FHD+ resolution. Powering the handset is said to be an Exynos 9609 SoC, paired with up to 4GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. On the rear, it will come with triple cameras, which are a 13MP main sensor, an ultra-wide camera, and a third unit. On the front, there will be a 13MP selfie shooter as well. Fueling the whole set should be a 3,500 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Software-wise, it will ship with Android 9 Pie out of the box and feature a fingerprint reader mounted on the rear Motorola logo for biometric security.
