LG Stylo 5 Goes Official With 6.2" FHD+ Display & Stylus Support

LG just announced the LG Stylo 5 with stylus pen support and several additional features, a 6.2-inch FHD+ display, and an octa-core processor.

After the leaked press renders, LG now announces the LG Stylo 5 in the United States. The phone comes with a 6.2-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and boots Android 9 Pie at launch. It is equipped with a single 13MP camera on the rear and a 5MP camera on the front for selfies duties. And you can tell by its name, it also supports stylus pen that offers some features like Pop Lens, Screen-off Memo, and more.
LG Stylo 5: Price & Availability
The phone comes in Platinum Gray and Blonde Rose color variants and US buyers can purchase the phone via Cricket Wireless for $230 (roughly Rs. 15,800). The handset might be available via other major carriers soon.
As for its availability in India, we are not sure whether LG will bring this phone to India or not.
LG Stylo 5: Specifications
The LG Stylo 5 is said to be driven by an octa-core SoC, but the brand hasn’t revealed the exact identity of the processor. On the front, it features a 6.2-inch FHD+ screen with 2,160 x 1,080p resolution and a thick bezel on both the top and bottom of its display. As mentioned, it ships with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box and packs 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage that is expandable using a microSD card. The stylus pen support offers some features like ‘Pop Lens’ that you can use to magnify text, ‘Draw Chat’ for drawing doodles and drawing notes to text messages, or ‘Screen-off Memo’ that you can use to take notes without turning on the phone’s display.
On the camera front, the phone is packed with a 13MP rear camera and an LED flash. At the back, it has a 5MP for selfies and video chats. For biometric security, it features a fingerprint scanner mounted at the back. Finally, it is fueled by a 3,500 mAh battery under the hood.
