Lenovo Z6 Is A Mid-Range Phone With On-Screen Fingerprint Sensor, Snapdragon 730

Lenovo has launched the Lenovo Z6 in China, which is a mid-range device with a triple camera setup on the back and a big 4,000mAh battery.

Lenovo has released a teaser about the introduction of its Lenovo Z6 phone for a while. And on July 4, the brand has officially unveiled the phone in the Chinese market.
The new Lenovo Z6 is positioned in the mid-range segment with an on-screen fingerprint scanner, a Snapdragon 730 SoC, a dewdrop notch, a big battery, and a triple rear camera setup. Typically, the company already unveiled the Z6 Youth Edition and Z6 Pro in the home market at the beginning of 2019, which feature Snapdragon 710 chipset and Snapdragon 855 chipset respectively. The Lenovo Z6 is put between these two models in the series.
Lenovo Z6: Price

The phone has the starting price of CNY1,899 (Rs. 19,000 roughly) for the standard 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant in China. Meanwhile, the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variants respectively cost CNY2,099 (Rs. 21,000 roughly) and CNY2,499 (Rs. 25,000 roughly). The phone will be available for sales in the Chinese market from 9 July.
Lenovo Z6: Specifications
The handset sports a 6.39-inch OLED screen with an unknown resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 730 SoC, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. Additionally, the phone comes with a triple rear camera setup including a 24MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP sensor, and an 8MP sensor. On the front, the device has a 16MP shooter for taking selfies housed inside the dewdrop notch above the screen.
In terms of software, the phone runs ZUI 11 based on Android 9.0 Pie at launch and has some features such as Game Turbo. And for biometric security, it has an on-screen fingerprint scanner. Other connectivity options include GLONASS, A-GPS, Bluetooth (version not specified), dual-SIM, and 4G LTE. Lastly, the device comes with a beefy 4,000 mAh battery supporting the 15W quick charging tech.
