Apple has unveiled its new affordable iPhone model called iPhone SE 2020 last week with iPhone 11’s chipset at a lower price of just around Rs. 42,500. It is a compact iPhone model with a 4.7-inch screen, similar to the 2017’s iPhone 8. In the past, there were also rumors and leaks about another affordable model called iPhone SE Plus 2020, which is said to carry a similar design to the iPhone 8 Plus. Back in March, the existence of the phone was discovered in the iOS 14 code. Now, Jon Presser on The FrontPageTech has also suggested that Apple is indeed working on the iPhone SE Plus 2020 and more details on the phone will surface soon.

Even though not much information on this phone is available, it is possible that Apple could release the phone alongside the new MacBook Pro and AirPods in May. the iPhone SE Plus 2020 specs could include a 5.5-inch screen with sizable bezels at the top and bottom, a TouchID sensor at the bottom edge for biometric security, dual cameras on the rear, and a glass back with support for wireless charging. It should also ship with iOS 13 along with AR experiences and Apple Arcade. However, these are all just speculations so you should take them with a grain of salt and wait for official news or at least reliable sources.
To recall, the iPhone SE 2020 was unveiled earlier this month with a starting price of Rs. 42,500. The handset rocks an Apple's A14 Bionic chipset, which is the same one used on the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. As mentioned, the phone is pretty compact with a 4.7-inch display and sizeable bezels at the top and bottom. It is equipped with a single camera at the front and back as well as a 1,821 mAh battery under the hood that supports 18W fast charging technology.
