New Delhi: Huawei - the Chinese-based smartphone manufacturer gave Apple another poke. Recently in London, Huawei launched 3 handsets including Huawei Mate 20X, Huawei Mate 20 and Huawei Mate 20 Pro which are all of its new flagships. It seems like the Chinese brand wants to make Apple aware of bezels’ size in a bezel-less handset.
Huawei has shown how the new Apple iPhone XR is not certainly a bezel-less gadget and actually, its bezels are rather thick (5.1mm) while discoursing on its new smartphones during the event. Furthermore, Huawei also referred that the iPhone XS Max’s bezels are thick too with 4.0mm in the measure.
That means the iPhone XR’s bezels and iPhone XS Max’s one are only 1.1 mm in difference. And the notch on the iPhone XS Max is smaller than that of the iPhone XR, according to the description of the Chinese smartphone maker. While the iPhone XS Max’s notch is 34.5 mm in the measure that the iPhone XR’s one is 35.1 mm in the measure.
During the discourse on the Mate 20 Pro, the Chinese company stressed of this all and it professes that despite its flagships have a big display, their bezels are still thinner than iPhone’s one. Also, Huawei insisted that when comes in comparison with both iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR, its high-end smartphones are sleeker and more compact.
By launching Huawei Watch GT, Band Pro 3, Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 X, Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 Porsche edition at a recent event in London, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer enlarged its production lineup. And the Huawei Mate 20 Porsche edition is the most pricey smartphone that runs Android for 2018 out of all the handsets.
