All three smartphones are up for pre-orders in China while their official sales start from 21 April. The Honor 30 and 30 Pro will be sold in four color options: Purple, Black, Green, and Silver. Meanwhile, the top-end Pro + model will come in three color options: Black, Silver, and Green.

Honor 30, 30 Pro, 30 Pro+: Specifications & Features
As for Honor 30, it will be the standard version and the cheapest of the three smartphones launched by Honor. Like the OnePlus 8 that was just introduced on 14 April, the handset is designed to be the most compact smartphone with support for the 5G mobile network. The device only weighs around 185 grams and has a thickness of 8.1mm.

As for the Pro and Pro+ duo, they are heavier with respective weights of 186g and 190g. They both have a thickness of 8.38, which is just a little thicker than the vanilla model. All three versions feature 3D curved glass on the back for a more comfortable grip.
Interestingly, all three versions will have a large "Honor" logo on the back, as a way to identify the brand, because the design of the three devices is quite similar to that of the P40 series and OPPO Find X2 series.
The difference between the three models will come from the screen, cameras, and hardware specifications. As for the display, the vanilla version has a 6.53-inch flat OLED with 1080p resolution and 60Hz refresh rate, while the Pro and Pro + versions rock a 6.57-inch curved OLED panel with Full HD + resolution and higher 90Hz refresh rate. All three have an optical fingerprint sensor built into the screen for security.
As for the camera, there are some differences between the three.
- 50MP RYYB Sony IMX700 (similar to P40 Pro)
- 16MP ultra-wide-angle
- 12MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and 50x digital zoom
- Selfie camera: 32MP + 8MP

In terms of performance, the standard Honor 30 will be equipped with the new Kirin 985 chipset, a watered-down version of the Kirin 990 chip found on the more-advanced Pro and Pro+ models.
In addition, Honor also equips all three with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging. The Pro + version is the only phone that features 27W wireless charging technology. For software, all three are pre-installed with Android 10-based Magic UI 3.1.0, but they will, of course, lack Google Mobile services.
