Samsung has just announced the Galaxy M10s in India with as one of the few phones in the price range to feature a Super AMOLED display.

Samsung Galaxy M10s has now arrived to India as previous tipped. The handset is among the very few smartphones with a price tag of below Rs. 10,000 to sport a Super AMOLED display. The handset is powered by an Exynos 7884B chipset, paired with 3GB of RAM. For software, it has Android 9 Pie with Samsung’s OneUI on top. Users can take photos with a dual-camera setup at the back or a 13MP selfie camera on the front. Aside from the Galaxy M10s, the brand also announced the Galaxy M30s at the same event as well.

Samsung Galaxy M10s: Price
The Galaxy M10s is retailed at Rs. 8,999 for the single variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. User can choose to purchase the phone in either Piano Black or Stone Blue color variants. The handset is slated to go on sale via the company’s online store or Amazon India from 29 September.
Samsung Galaxy M10s: Specifications
The Galaxy M10s sports a 6.4-inch Infinity-V Super AMOLED panel with HD+ resolution and a water-drop notch to house a selfie camera. Powering the phone is an Exynos 7884B octa-core processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage (expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot). Software-wise, it ships with Android 9 Pie-based OneUI to take care of the software side of things. In addition, it also has Widevine L1 certification allowing it to stream HD content via OTT apps like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix.

On the camera front, it is equipped with a dual- camera system, including a 13MP main sensor and a 5MP ultra-wide shooter. For selfies and video chats, it has an 8MP camera on the front with an f/2.0 lens. For security, users can unlock the phone using a fingerprint scanner at its back. Finally, the 4,000 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging solution wraps up the specifications list.
