Surprisingly, the iPhone 11 Pro Max is picked as the best phone of the year for video recording with the same score as the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro Premium Edition.

Recently, DxOMark has announced a list of smartphones with the best camera quality in 2019 and the title for the best video-capable phone of the year went to the iPhone 11 Pro Max, in the video recording test with a score of 102 points.

The latest iPhone has achieved such impressive results, probably because it is equipped with many advanced video recording features that no Android phone has, such as 4K video recording at 60 frames per second and wide color gamut with all three rear cameras making it the world’s only phone capable of doing so.

Its main camera is also capable of recording videos with an extended dynamic range at 4K resolution and 60fps.

In addition, following the iPhone 11 Pro Max is Xiaomi's newly launched Mi CC9 Pro Premium Edition, which has a score of 102 points. Next is the Google Pixel 4, Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, and Samsung Galaxy S10 5G in third, fourth and fifth places, respectively.
