As confirmed by Xiaomi India, the company is ready to roll out the Mi 10 smartphone model as well as its first truly wireless headphones on May 8. As usual, Xiaomi India’s MD Manu Kumar Jain did hint the information on Twitter, resulting in hundreds of retweets and comments. If true, the announcement of this amazing device falls in line with what the company has planned to do in the Indian market – creating an IoT ecosystem for Indian users.
Generally speaking, it’s likely that Xiaomi is aiming to launch a Mi Box set-top box model in India. For now, the company’s portfolio includes two other types of such an Android TV-enabling box - they are Mi Box S and Mi Box 4 SE, which have hit the global market for a while and respectively, were priced at Rs. 4,500 and Rs. 1,900 at the launch time.

Particularly, the Mi Box S is considered as the higher model as compared to its sibling Mi Box 4 SE. It’s unclear about whether or not both these models will come to the Indian market, considering they’d target at different price segments as well as users.
