Vodafone has released a new plan, in which it will offer 100 percent cashback on certain prepaid recharges.
The company will give this cashback through multi coupons worth Rs 50 each that can later be available in previous packages, just like the way its rivals Airtel and Jio’s “100 percent” offers.
Vodafone’s 100 percent cashback will be applied to users of Rs 509, Rs 458, and Rs 399 packages. When customers buy one of these prepaid packages, the Rs 50 coupons will be added to their accounts, which they can access through the app MyVodafone.
This offer from Vodafone comes after Airtel’s announcement about a similar cashback offer to its users of Rs 399 prepaid package, which Jio has long been offering. Particularly, the major telecom player has offered a Rs 400 cashback for users of Rs 399 prepaid packages, in the form of Rs 50 coupons.
On the app MyVodafone, users will see the 100 percent cashback comes to Rs 509, Rs 458, and Rs 399 prepaid recharge only. For Rs 509 package, users get ten Rs 50 coupons, users of Rs 458 recharge get nine coupons, and those with Rs 309 prepaid package get eight Rs 50 coupons.
According to Telecom Talk, Vodafone is also giving this cashback offer to users of Rs 199 package in a few circles. Besides, Vodafone will not apply this offer on Rs 409 package to users in Jharkhand and Bihar and Rs 399 in other circles. And Himachal Pradesh users will only get the offer for Rs 458 prepaid packages, not the other two packages.
It’s also worth noting that in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Jammu & Kashmir and Bihar & Jharkhand circles, the Rs 399, Rs 458, and Rs 509 prepaid packages are being priced at Rs 409, Rs 459, and Rs 529, respectively.
FYI, the Rs 509, Rs 458, and Rs 399 recharge come with a total daily data amount of 1.4GB, daily message number of 100, unlimited calls, and the validity are 90, 80, and 70 days respectively.
