Thanks To Amazon, Someone Got The Moto Z4 Even Before Motorola Launches It

We can’t tell why this happened, was it due to the miscommunication between Motorola and Amazon? But it's either hilarious or a really frustrating incident.

We can’t tell why this happened, was it due to the miscommunication between the phone maker and Amazon? Anyway, we don’t really care about the reason, but the e-commerce giant definitely broke Motorola’s plan.
Not only did Amazon listed an unknown, unannounced Motorola device on its site, but it really sold and sent the phone to a buyer. Can you believe that?
According to the initial report by Droid Life, Motorola had not announced anything about the Moto Z4, but obviously, Amazon missed that fact when it listed the device on its platform and offer the phone for sale.

And things wouldn’t have turned that ugly if a real buyer hadn’t actually ordered the unannounced smartphone. Well, but maybe Amazon could have been aware of the mistake and prevent the product from leaving its warehouse or fulfillment center? Nope.
The buyer did receive the phone, including a 360-degree camera MotoMod which will come free of charge along with the Moto Z4.
So, while this guy has already got a real Moto Z4 on his hand, no one else has known that the phone existed, except for the phone maker’s staff, some executives at Amazon and probably some tech enthusiasts.

From the screenshots on the listing page of the Z4, we can see some highlights of the phone’s specifications. The device sports an OLED screen that’s 6.4 inches large and has a resolution of 2340x1080. In addition, it features an in-display fingerprint scanner. The MotoZ4 is powered by the Snapdragon 675 chip from Qualcomm, boasting the internal storage of 128GB, RAM of 4GB and packs a 3,600mAh battery. The phone has a headphone jack and supports 15W fast charging.
Amazon sold the phone at around Rs 35,000. So now, Motorola is now left with how to carry out the launch even of the Moto Z4 as everything we need and want to know about the device has already gone open. Thank you, Amazon!
