Steep Discounts For The 2018 iPad Pro For Back To School Season

With the arrival of Back-to-School season, Apple has rolled out steep discount programs to revitalize sales in its powerful and highly capable iPad Pro.

With the advent of the iPadOS, Apple’s tablet has become more and more powerful and capable. This is good news for not only professionals who might want to have power with them on the go, but also for students who are hoping for an affordable and capable computer.

Steep Discounts

That said, Apple’s really pitching into the education market with its iPads, dishing out steep discounts over the entirety of the iPad Pro lineup to make the deal even better. You can have a discount ranging from Rs 3,583 to as much as Rs 14,333 depending on the model. If you’ve been eyeing the new iPad Pro for a while, it’s now time to head out for it.

The least discounted price tag is the one attached with the base model iPad Pro, 64GB standard with only Rs 3,583 off. That’s the case according to the model’s Amazon listing, though we do have some reports that some had seen it being discounted by as much as Rs 10,750. Further down the line, we have the expensive 12.9-inch iPad Pro, with 512GB and Wi-Fi only at Rs 14,333. This brings the usually prohibitively expensive price of the tablet down to about Rs 82,415. If you throw in cellular, the discount is lesser at Rs 10,750 only.

As of now, if you’re in need of a 1TB tablet, the 11-inch Wi-Fi variant of the iPad Pro sees the best offer with Rs 17,916 off.

To Wait, or Not to Wait?

From now up until Black Friday, we don’t exactly have any events that can prompt Apple to push out such discounts anymore. So if you have plans for an iPad Pro, act now rather than later and you will spare yourself the wait until November to get another chance.

Still, if you’ve been paying attention to the news recently, there are sources that say we may not have seen the last of the iPads this year. If you’re looking forward to a refresh and the 2019 iterations of the iPad Air and iPad mini seem lack-luster, it seems like you’ll have to wait and take the loss. No matter, the iPad Pro 2018 are still crazy powerful machines. As said, with the introduction of the iPadOS which will come to all supported devices later this year side by side with iOS 13, the tablet only becomes more capable than ever.
