According to Tasleem Arif, Vice president of Oppo India R&D center, the WhatsApp video call test has proven that the company is future-ready for the rollout of 5G in India.
He also said that the success of the tests also proves Oppo’s commitment to invest in the latest technology to simplify the lives of its customers.
Oppo Find X 2, the company’s 5G-enabled premium smartphone would make its debut soon and later come to the Indian market.

Oppo has four R&D centers and six research institutes all around the world, and an International Design Center based in London. The company said that the center in Hyderabad played a vital role in the deployment of 5G technology in India.
