Technology is growing, everyone should have their own smartphone, in addition to communication, people can entertain and watch the news. Therefore, each year the number of mobile phone sales is increasing. The technology research consulting firm techARC, released on Tuesday, said that by 2019, India would sell more than 300 million mobile phones, the highest in the year. This will be supported by the growth of smartphones and smart feature phone categories.

The research also said that the Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi, is expected to continue the lead of the smartphone market next year. Sales of emerging smartphone makers such as Samsung, Vivo, Honor - Huawei and Oppo are likely to stabilize indicators and remain their positions. They also have the same market performance as in this year. The giant smartphone maker, Apple, was not mentioned in the study statement.

There are no signs showing that in next year domestic phone brands will reverse the downward trend that continued all through 2018. The brands expected to stand out and grow over the next year include Google, OnePlus, Asus, Nokia, Xiaomi and Realme.
TechARC conducts research based on company internal predictions, and the result is validated through interactions across the value chain, including channels, users, suppliers, and original equipment manufacturer (OEMS).
The results show that of the 300 million phones sold next year, smartphones will account for 49.3% (equivalent to 149 million phones). 18.2% will be smart feature phones (equivalent to 55 million units), and the rest 32.5% is equivalent to 98 million feature phones.
TechARC Founder and Principal Analyst, Faisal Kawoosa, said that buyers of the first 4G smartphones by 2015-2017 will likely to switch phones next year. A large number of people use these phones for 4 to 5 years, and are expected to change their smartphones next year. Therefore, it will increase smartphone sales by 2019.
