Microsoft Buys Cloud Migration Startup To Help Customers Move To Cloud

Microsoft has aimed to bring a promising experience to its customers in moving their infrastructure and applications to Azure. These products include processes, programs, as well as tools.

In a bid to help businesses move their infrastructure and applications to the cloud computing platform called Azure, Microsoft has just bought Movere, a technology startup company that specializes in the cloud migration field. The specific amount, as well as the terms of this acquisition,  hasn’t been yet revealed.

On September 04, Jeremy Winter, known as the Partner Director of Azure Management, posted on a blog that the US tech giant has aimed to bring a promising experience to its customers in moving their infrastructure and applications to Azure. These products include processes, programs, as well as tools. He wrote:

Established in Bellevue, Washington in 2008, this startup was called Unified Logic before changing its name to Movere. During the initial operation period, it took a role as a consulting company; however, six years later, it decided to change its current business orientation after its founders faced some trouble with the Cloud migration. Until now, Movere has inked pact with Microsoft for more than 10 years.
