The new interface is designed to give passengers an easier, faster and more convenient when booking train tickets. With the e-ticketing website’s new interface, users don’t even have to log in to search for trains and check seat availability, which will save a lot of time. A new feature called ‘Waitlist prediction’ is added, with which users can receive the possibility of a RAC or Waitlisted ticket being confirmed.
