The A14 Bionic chip inside this year’s iPad offers 30% more graphics speed and 40% faster performance.

The same chip is expected to be found powering the upcoming iPhone 12 and its Pro variant, which is set to be introduced next month.

iPad Air features a 10.9-inch Retina screen with support for P3 wide color, anti-reflective coating, and True Tone.

Following the path iPad Pro has gone through, Apple omits the Lightning connector and uses a USB-C port instead. On the rear, the 12MP camera of the Pro variant also makes an appearance for 4K video and higher-resolution pictures.

The newly introduced iPad Air will make it to the market sometime in October in 30 regions and countries with the Wi-Fi model comes at the price of $599 while the cellular one will set you back $729.

Users have the choice to choose between the 64BG and 256GB variants and five different colors, including space gray, silver, rose gold, sky blue, and green.
