It is such an unpleasant thing to lose your Apple smartphone. However, it could be worse when you have already registered an Apple Card worth $1000 on Amazon. This new card is mostly digital and it's stored on your smartphone, you still have one physical card in case you need one. The two devices are extremely closely linked that users have to pay for everything from the iPhone. You can’t pay the balance of the Apple Card via any website.
However, don’t feel stressful even though it is such complex matters when losing your smartphone and having to manage and pay off the Apple Card. Your physical card is still able to utilize for paying bills and purchasing.

Here is what you must do in this situation.
First of all, lock your iPhone
As soon as the phone is locked, use Find My iPhone then set up the Lost Mode, whether you have the Apple Card or not. If your iPhone is still powered on, a message will appear on the lock screen and your Apple Card will be locked. Your lost iPhone will be located also.
Use a different iOS handset
You are still able to connect to your digital card account controls provided that you have more than one iOS device, maybe an iPad or an older Apple smartphone. Visit Settings and choose Wallet & Apple Pay in the list. You can choose Add Card if your card hasn’t been listed.
This would help you pay bills, view different transactions, view information of your Apple Card, lock the physical card, as well as call the support.
Last but not least, contact the customer support

In case you have only one iOS device, to operate your Apple’s account, you have to contact Apple’s customer care via 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753).
The support team will assist you to suspend the card, check transactions, pay bills and complete every other account management work that your iPhone is normally used to finish.
When having another iPhone, you don’t need to get a new account by canceling it. You can add your digital card again in your device easily.
