Huawei's sub-brand Honor teased about the launch of its Honor Band 5 earlier this month. And recently, it has listed the device for a pre-order program on Huawei Mall. Accordingly, the first 500 people who deposit an amount of CNY19 (roughly Rs. 190) to buy this wearable will get a gift - Honor AM115 earphones.
So far, the information about the device’s specifications has remained to be seen. However, the wearable is likely to come in 3 color variants including coral, black and midnight blue, as per the listing. In addition, the device has a similar appearance like its predecessor with circular button setup and same color screen.
The device is said to offer similar features of fitness tracking like Honor Band 4, along with the option to measure fatigue and blood oxygen levels.
Besides, the listing shows the details of the base variant only, which indicates that the brand could launch another higher-end variant. That’s all the info available as of now. Let’s stay tuned until 23 July for the device’s full details.
For further information, Honor has also teased its upcoming 9X’s low-light capabilities on Weibo. It is known that a handful of low-light image samples which are said to captured by the Honor 9X Pro were shared, showing the impressive photo output in the low-light situations.
Taking a look at these photo samples, it seems like 3 out of 4 photos were taken with the AI Super Night Mode. Though the output may not be as good as the Honor 20 phones, the 9X Pro is still an impressive phone in the low-light performance.
Both the base 9X and 9X Pro are tipped to sport 48MP and 2MP sensors. However, the Pro variant will have an additional 8MP sensor. The duo is expected to be powered by a Kirin 810 SoC. In addition, they will feature a 6.59-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 3,900mAh battery. On the front, both the handsets will have a 24MP pop-up selfie camera.
