Finally, the Echo Studio has been revealed at Amazon’s event. The speaker has come public as one of the biggest announcements of the company and big size in tow. What’s more, it’s the first Amazon’s speaker that delivers high-end audio quality with stunning 3D sound as well as supports for Dolby Atmos and lossless audio streaming. Thus, it helps users have excellent experience as what a premium product would bring by filling your whole room with not only the sound but also a dedicated design.

To have a closer look, the Echo Studio boasts a cylindrical design that looks identical to Apple’s HomePod. Apart from the similarity, Amazon also put a couple of slits around all sides. Control buttons for volume adjustment or a mute toggle are on the top of the speaker. Like other products in the same Echo lineup, the Echo Studio also covered with fabric. Importantly, the sound quality is surprisingly astounding, with soaring highs and deep, booming bass.

To show off the speaker at the event, the company did set up it in the context of a home theater and pair two of them to make a surround sound system and give an immersive 3D sound experience. Of course, this was a successful result thanks to the Dolby Atmos technology integrated into the speaker. There isn’t any coincidence when Amazon’s Fire TV matches well with Echo Studio, because they all can stream Dolby Atmos.

Under the hood, it sports a bunch of techs to make things work properly in its own way. We can find three speakers, a discrete tweeter and a bass driver as well. So far, it is bundled with a series of microphones to calibrate audio performance based on its surroundings.
