Asus To Launch Frameless Display VivoBook 14 And 15 In India, Starting At Rs 33,990

Asus has already pushed out two frameless display laptops for the Indian market - VivoBook 14 and VivoBook 15. Two laptops feature NanoEdge display technology and come with 8th-gen Intel Core i7 chipset. The VivoBook 14, dubbed X412, will be ready for purchase on Flipkart, while the VivoBook 15 is not only be available on the Internet but also offline channels. From June 11, customers will officially buy both two models.

Both laptops are 19.5mm thin, weigh 1.5kg and 1.6kg respectively and come with 4 optional colors, including Coral Crush, Peacock Blue, Slate Grey, and Transparent Silver. As the names suggested, the VivoBook 14 features a 14-inch screen size, while it's 15.6-inch of screen size for the VivoBook 15. There're FHD resolution and frameless NanoEdge displays with slim bezels on both. Additionally, the advanced video-tuning system Tru2Life Video Technology will boast the clarity, color, and contrast of the display.

Asus builds the ErgoLift hinge and the touchpad to support the Windows gesture. There is a secure fingerprint login via Windows Hello for authentication options.
Under the hood, two laptops pack 8th-gen Intel Core i7 chipsets paired with Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU. The cooling is ensured by a blower-style design. The company also designs a dual-storage system that can be up to 1TB HDD and 512GB SSD. There is a load of dedicated connectivity ports like an HDMI output, USB Type-C (USB-C), USB 3.1 Type-A, a microSD card reader and audio combo jack as well.

The VivoBook 14 (X412) will have a starting price of Rs 33,990, and it's Rs 34,990 for the VivoBook 15 (X512). Asus is launching a lot of laptops in India, including ZenBook, ZenBook S, ZenBook Pro, VivoBook, VivoBook S, as well as gaming laptop product lines such as ASUS TUF Gaming Series and flagship ROG -Republic of Gamers.
