The newly announced wireless headphones of Apple are one of the most expensive headphones on the market. However, considering the delivery time on Apple’s online stores around the world, the AirPods Max are selling like hotcakes.
Up to now, on Apple’s US online store, it is said that the headphones will be shipped to customers in the country in 12 to 14 weeks, regardless of which color you decide to buy.
That means there is no way Apple fans can get their AirPodx Mac on Christmas. If you are one of those customers ordering the new Apple wireless headphones and your order has been confirmed, you will be able to receive it before next March.
In the UK market, the situation seems to be a bit more optimistic as most of the AirPods Max headphones will be delivered to customers in about three weeks.
In Australia, the shipping time is between 5 and 6 weeks. The only color that can reach the customers in three weeks is silver.
Strangely enough, if you decide to have your name engraved on the AirPods Max, the product will arrive at your door much faster. In the US, shipping times for engraved models will be cut down to only 6 to 7 weeks. However, this trick doesn’t work for the UK and the Australian markets.
At the moment, it is hard to tell whether the cause of the slow delivery is because the new headphones of Apple are selling very well or because the stock is simply too limited.
The headphones of Apple are priced at $549. Meanwhile, other products with similar features are mostly cheaper.
For example, Sony’s WH-1000XM4 headphones are only $279.99, Bose’s QuietComfort 35 II is only $269.95, and the PX7 from B&W is only $340.
