You can ask the device to turn on any sound such as white noise or sounds of rain while you fall asleep. You do that by simply saying, “Hey Google, play the rain sounds”.

The sound will last until you fall asleep, but you can set it to turn off at a certain time by setting a sleep timer.

If you are the type of person who would never get up by yourself to do exercise, the device can do the reminding job for you. You can ask it to remind you to get up at certain times every day.
