YouTuber Destroyed 107 Apple iPhones Worth Rs 24 Lakh To Make A Guitar

On YouTube, a user called ArtMayer uploaded a video in which shows how he uses 107 iPhones to make an electric guitar shell.

We have often read about some manufacturers making Apple iPhones using metal or even gold. But this creative person has instead used iPhones as his material to make a guitar. On YouTube, a user called ArtMayer uploaded a video in which shows how he uses 107 iPhones to make an electric guitar shell. Among the 107 iPhones used for the process, there are different versions ranging from the iPhone 7, iPhone 6, to iPhone 5C in different colors such as Silver, Space Grey, Rose Gold, Gold, Green and more.

The guitar is made using 107 iPhones.

In the video description, the YouTuber wrote that he used the empty cases of 107 iPhones to make the most unusual guitar ever. And this masterpiece supposedly costed him around Rs 86.7 crore.

In the video, the YouTuber can be seen removing the case of the iPhones, the display panel, the batteries as well as other innards before going on with the process since he only needs the shell. The YouTuber then continues stacking and gluing multiple layers of iPhones. He then cuts through the metal following the shape of the body of the guitar.

Space for screws and sockets is also cut out. The neck of the guitar, however, is still made out of wood. The final product is called “iCaster.”

It’s worth noting that ever since the iPhone 5, Apple has made its iPhone with the dominant material is Aluminium. The new models are made using stainless steel, giving them a premium look as well as enough resistance for rough usage. But in the video, no iPhones released in 2017 or later are spotted as the majority of them are iPhone 7, 6s, 6, 5C, and 5s.
