Two Florida women got caught after trying to receive their second COVID-19 vaccine doses by dressing up as grannies.
Recently, the Florida Department of Health reported a strange case of two women. One is 34 years old and one is 44. The two disguised themselves as old ladies and visited a COVID-19 vaccination site. The two pretended to be over 65, thus eligible for the sought-after vaccine.

At a conference, Dr. Raul Pino, the Orange County’s health administrator, the two women wear wearing glasses, gloves, and bonnets to make themselves look older. However, the staff noticed that they looked a bit odd and decided to call the police.
When the staff checked the paperwork of the two women, they discovered that although their names in the paperwork and their names in the registration matched, their ages didn’t. The interesting thing is that the two women received valid vaccine cards after getting their first vaccine doses. The only way that the authorities can explain this is that the two women managed to trick the staff with their appearance.

Footage of the confrontation between the two imposters and the police was recorded by the body cam of one of the policers.
Trespass warnings were issued. However, no other action was made against the two women. Dr. Pinto warned that these actions could become more frequent.
