It is undeniable that when we saw iPhone X with a top “notch”, the Sillicon giant tech company has succesfully set a new trending in the global phone market.
However, in the newest publish of Economic Daily News, many sources confirmed that Apple was going to develop a new technology for its future iPhones, in which they hide their notch with a black coverage for selfie camera lens.
A Chinese investment analysis, Jeff Pu, said that Largan Precision, the camera lens provider of Apple, is doing R&D for a black coating, a special detail that can make the front camera totally invisible. In his research note, Pu stated that it should take a minimum of 4 years for the development of the technology. And hopefully, the future iPhones will be incoporated with the technology.

Although Apple has made no further announcement concerning the note, but the fact that Apple is one of Largan’s client might be a good indication to prove that this Silicon giant will be joining in the smartphone making competition.
After the launch of iPhone X , smartphone users faced many other options of similar products with notches, in many sizes and shapes. Some competent smartphone producers, namely Vivo and Oppo, even went further in experimenting retractable functions on selfie cameras.
A notchless iPhone model is shown by Amazon
In Amazon’s Echo launching ceremony, the billion-worth company presented a version of iPhone X without the famous “notch”, this showcase from Amazon is a good indication that Apple might be developing a version of iPhone based on that.
As shown on the latest wallpapers of the website “Cult of Mac”, the tech giant is moving along with the no-notch version of iPhone in its premiere of XS and XS Max. On the website’s rolling wallpapers, iPhone X's creators skillfully blended the notch into the black screen.
